| Edge Farm - Booking Contract | ||||||||||

1. Telephone or email reservations are accepted subject to receipt of a
deposit of £200, a completed booking form and a signed copy of this contract.
The deposit is non-refundable. Reservations will be provisionally held
for 4 days until the deposit/full payment is received.
2. On receipt of your deposit you will be sent confirmation of your reservation. 3. The balance of the rental, plus £125 returnable Damage Deposit must be paid at least 8 weeks before the start of the holiday. We reserve the right to re-book the property if the balance is not received on time. 4. If you find it necessary to cancel your holiday please inform us immediately in writing. If we manage to re-let the property the balance of the rental, plus the £125 damage deposit will be refunded. 5. The property is offered only on the condition that strictly no more than twelve, (12) people stay and use the property at any one time. 6. The property will be available from 4pm on the day of arrival. Please vacate the property before 10am on the day of departure. 7. Please leave the property clean and tidy. This includes all of the equipment and utensils that are provided. Please note that the person named on the booking form will be liable for the cost of any breakages or damage to the property. The cost of any such loss or damage will be deducted from the £125 damage deposit. 8. No liability is accepted for any loss, damage or injury to any persons staying at the property or any vehicle or contents. 9. If for any reason beyond the owners control the property is not available on the date booked all advanced payments will be refunded in full and the hirer shall have no further claims against the owners. 10. We operate a no smoking policy throughout the property. Please conform to this policy. 11. No pets are allowed in the property. 12. One high chair and one travel cot are available on request. Please note that we do not provide linen with the cot. 13. Bed linen is provided and beds will be made up before arrival. Towels are not provided. 14. Please be aware that for safety reasons the capacity of Edge Farm is 12 guests and pets are strictly not allowed. If this rule is breached the damage deposit will not be returned.
Cheques (and a signed copy of this booking contract) should be made payable to Edge Farm and
posted to: Electronic transfers can be accepted.
